We run a range of groups from our loft area at Jane Scarth House. These include Craft for Wellbeing, Man Chat, Bereavement Coffee Morning and Carers' Support. These groups offer a chance to connect with others and to enjoy a friendly chat.

Come along to these fortnightly sessions where we will be making beautiful, handcrafted items using slow-stitching and other gentle crafts to boost creative wellbeing.
Enjoy a little relaxing and creative "me" time with a cuppa (or two)! Suitable for complete beginners.
When - the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month between 10am and 1pm.
Man Chat
If you have had a cancer diagnosis, this informal group allows you to talk in total confidence with other men who understand what you are going through.

"Cancer doesn't just affect your body - it changes your relationships, your sense of self, and can leave you feeling isolated once treatment ends. But you reminded me I wasn't alone. You gave me strength, hope and a sense of belonging"
