Jane Scarth House is a local charity opened in 1995, founded in memory of Romsey resident and mother of two, Jane Scarth, whose family to this day remain closely involved with the work of the charity.
Jane’s is a bit different from other charity shops in Romsey! Everything we sell in the shop has been donated by local people. We do not buy stock in from elsewhere.
All the profit we make in the shop is used to support Jane Scarth House.
Many thanks to Bradbeers who are holding their Menopause Night on Tuesday 31st March, during which they will generously be holding a raffle for us. We will also be present to answer any questions you may have about our range of services for Cancer patients and their families.
We are delighted to be able to offer new monthly sessions here at Jane Scarth House with each session coving a different aspect of Nutrition and Cancer. First up is Cancer Nutrition: Myth-busting.
A massive thank you! Our incredibly talented supporter Ekaterina Curtis repurposed clothes from @janes_charity_shop to put on a fashion show. This showcased fashion through the decades and as you can see, the results were fantastic! In doing this she raised over £900. A massive thank you from everyone at Jane Scarth House Ekaterina!
